Serving suggestion
Heat 250 ml of water in a suitable cooking vessel. Once the water begins to boil, add 1 teaspoon of ginkgo biloba leaves. Then remove it from the heat, cover it and let it steep for at least five minutes. Strain and serve.
Suggested consumption: up to 1–2 cups daily.
