Serving suggestion
Heat 250 ml of water in a suitable cooking vessel. Once the water begins to boil, add 1 teaspoon of hibiscus. Then remove it from the heat, cover it and let it steep for at least five minutes. Strain and serve.
It can also be enjoyed cold, with ice and a few drops of lemon.
Suggested consumption: up to 2 cups daily.
