Psyllium Organic Powder - 100g
The husk your gut will love!
The natural power of dietary fibre!
Discover psyllium husk, a distinctive plant-based powder with an almost neutral taste and an exceptionally high dietary fibre content. Thanks to its fine texture, it mixes easily with water, juice or a smoothie and offers a simple way to enrich your daily diet.
When it comes into contact with water, it expands and develops a characteristic gel-like texture. For this reason, it can also be used in baked goods or gluten-free recipes as a natural binding and texturising agent.
Its nutritional composition stands out for its high dietary fibre content.
According to the available claims for botanical ingredients, psyllium husk contributes to normal intestinal transit and function, helps maintain a healthy intestine and supports the control of blood cholesterol levels.
Ingredients: 100% psyllium husk powder, derived from an organic raw material.
Serving suggestion: Add 3 - 5 g daily (approximately 1 level teaspoon) to at least 250 ml of water, juice or a smoothie. Mix well and consume immediately, while maintaining an adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place. After opening, protect the product from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
