Serving suggestion
Heat 250 ml of water in a suitable cooking vessel. Once the water begins to boil, add 1 teaspoon of dandelion leaves. Then remove it from the heat and let it steep, covered, for at least five minutes. Strain and serve.
Suggested consumption: up to 2 cups daily.
