Recipe ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1 cup osmotic berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon organic coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If desired, add crushed ice.
Garnish with coconut flakes and additional chia seeds.
