SMOOTHIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND COCOA

Ingredients:

1. 3 tablespoons raw organic cocoa powder

2. 3 tablespoons peanut butter

3. 2 frozen bananas

4. 1 small ripe avocado

5. Milk

6. Maple syrup

Preparation:

• Place the bananas, avocado, peanut butter, and cocoa powder into a blender.
• Add enough milk to cover the ingredients.
• Blend until smooth.
• If desired, add maple syrup for extra sweetness.
