PEA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
High- Protein smoothie, filling and highly nutritious!
A super delicious and healthy recipe for homemade hazelnut praline that both kids and adults will definitely love!
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
250 grams hazelnut butter
60 grams honey, or maple syrup for vegans
20 grams cocoa powder, preferably organic
About ½ cup water (you might not need it all)
Recipe instructions:
Add the honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, about half of the water, and the hazelnut butter. Mix well by hand or blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
Once the mixture is smooth and well combined, taste and adjust as needed (you might want it sweeter, thinner, etc.).
You can also add 1-2 drops of vanilla or caramel flavoring if you like.
Transfer the hazelnut praline to a sterilized jar and store at room temperature for at least 2 weeks.
