Flora Loukianou: Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist

Flora Loukianou is a Clinical Dietitian - Sports Nutritionist, a graduate of the Department of Dietetics-Nutrition Science (MSc) from Harokopio University of Athens, graduating in 2017 with a degree of 8.5.

She continued her studies in the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics-Nutrition" with a focus on "Nutrition and Exercise" at Harokopio University.

She gained practical experience through an internship at the Tzaneio General Regional Hospital of Piraeus, where she obtained clinical experience by managing and providing nutritional counseling for weight management and chronic clinical conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and cancer.

She trained patient groups with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Additionally, she has worked in various dietetic centers.

She continuously updates her knowledge on the latest scientific data regarding health, nutrition, and alternative therapies by attending scientific conferences and seminars and studying international scientific literature.

To this day, she writes articles for votanotherapeia.gr regarding herbs and their properties.
