PEA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
High- Protein smoothie, filling and highly nutritious!
Chicken is a favorite dish for everyone and can be cooked in many variations. One of the best is the Chinese-style version. Here is a recipe for sweet and sour Chinese chicken with Emelia molasses.
Ingredients for the sweet and sour chicken:
500g chicken fillets
2 tablespoons Emelia molasses
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil for frying
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces. In a deep frying pan, heat the sunflower oil, add the chicken pieces, and sauté for about 10 minutes.
Add the Emelia molasses and a little water, then let the ingredients combine and thicken.
Add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, stir well, and taste. Adjust the saltiness as desired, if it’s too salty, add a little water, if not salty enough, add a pinch of salt.
Simmer gently for 30-40 minutes, then serve. You can accompany it with rice and broccoli, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
