PEA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
High- Protein smoothie, filling and highly nutritious!
One of the favorite desserts, chocolate mousse is ideal as a dessert after lunch or dinner!
? It just needs to be made right:

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
3 tbsp Emelia molasses
2 ripe bananas ?
1.5–2 ripe avocados (about 250g)
3 tbsp cocoa powder (50g)
4 tbsp plant-based milk or orange juice (if it becomes too thick, add a bit more milk or orange juice)
Zest of 1 untreated orange
Optional: a little Bourbon vanilla powder or extract
? Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Serve in a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately (if you can’t wait) or refrigerate.
For topping, you can add:
Emelia molasses
Walnuts
Chocolate chips
Orange slices or anything else you like
